Job Requirements:
Main Objective: To impact business for Sandals and Beaches Resorts and all of our related products by servicing, educating, and building relationships in a proactive, professional manner within your assigned territory at the Travel Agent, Tour Operator, and Tourist Board levels.
Grow new business by helping travel agents develop marketing plans and reach booking goals via utilization of the vast tools available through the Certified Sandals Specialist Program and Preferred Sandals Specialist Program.
Requirements: The position requires an outgoing positive, professional attitude, strong communication and time management skills, teamwork and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Job requires extensive travel both by car and plane for possibly long periods and a major commitment.
Sales Managers are required to have a level of computer proficiency that will allow them to navigate the internet, communicate via e-mail, operate a laptop computer, conduct, prepare & update presentations using PowerPoint, manipulate spreadsheets, and prepare documents using a word processor.
In addition, Sales Managers are expected to speak in public and prepare presentations for travel agencies, wholesalers and other industry organizations and professionals.
Required field activity:
To service Travel Agencies: Daily sales calls; In-House agency presentations; Conducting Sandals/Beaches (Consumer) Nights; Representing the company at Trade Shows; Working bridal and consumer shows; Working with and attending meetings for agency & industry organizations; Conducting self initiated familiarization trips and conducting corporate office mandated fam trips; Planning and executing Sales Blitz; Assisting with events in other regions as needed; Planning and executing Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner events and seminars; Seeking out advertising & promotional opportunities; Positioning Sandals & Beaches products within agencies to reach consumers and expand brand awareness; Any other functions deemed necessary by the company to generate sales.

Kids Camp Manager: A HACCPP-certified individual with a minimum of 5 years experience of working with 6-12 year old children in a resort or camp environment to work in Beaches Pirate Island zone.
Executive Assistant Manager / Zone Manager: Will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operation of the Italian Village or Zone. Responsibilities include monitoring standards of cleanliness and service. Taking care of all guest concerns in the zone to resolution. Must have experience in Rooms Division and F & B and be able to think on their feet and lead from the front.
Assistant Laundry Manager: A minimum of 2 years experience in same position; knowledgeable in chemical use standards, industrial laundry equipment use, care and maintenance. Computer literate (command of Excel and Word).

BASIC PURPOSE
Assist, research and resolve all air reservations with all internal departments as well as all Sales Director, Sales Managers, and all personal travel, encompassing air, hotel and cars. Book airfare for Prize Winners , Fams Photo Shoots, Relocations Etc. Enter all tickets issued into database. Make sure that all pertinent supplies and equipment is in perfect working order
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
" Assists all departments by providing extraordinary customer satisfaction.
" Complete travel requests with high level of accuracy in a timely manner.
" Perform word processing, data entry, typing, photocopying, and other miscellaneous clerical task as required.
" Communicate effectively with good written and verbal skills.
" Answer direct calls, emails and fax request in a timely manner.
" Make decisions based on authority levels in regards to special request which are different than those stipulated in the Corporate Travel Policy.
" Requisition of ARC ticket stock for both the Corporate Air Department and Leisure Air.
" Perform a variety of tasks to include auditing ARC report for Corporate Air Department and Leisure Air.
" Update Database with all of the Corporate Air Department air tickets.
" Enforce rules of conduct based on company/departmental policies.
" Maintain a current understanding of other departments operating policies
" Provide information and internal assistance to various departments, as needed.
" Assist in training and development of Amadeus and Galileo skills as needed.
" Provide assistance, information support and travel arrangements to resort side personnel.
" Assist with the Disaster and Recovery Plan in case office is evacuated.
" Maintain good attitude, attendance and punctuality.

Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum one year reservation experience required, with complete knowledge of Air, car and hotel bookings in Amadeus and Galileo. Excellent geographical skills, PC skills, supervisory or management experience desired.
